Speaker’s Bio
Jackie and Dr. Maurice Pugh are a passionate Christian couple from Arlington dedicated to ministry and community service. Jackie, Director of NextGen Ministry at New Life Fellowship, has over 20 years of experience working with children and youth. She holds a Master’s in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and degrees in Marketing and Secondary Education. She is married to her husband and partner in ministry, Maurice, the founding pastor of New Life Fellowship. They have five children—Kendall, Lorenzo, Natalie, and twins Shelby and Sydney—and are proud grandparents to four grandchildren. Jackie’s favorite scripture, Philippians 3:12-14, motivates her daily walk.
Dr. Maurice Pugh is a widely respected church leader, nonprofit founder, and community advocate. He earned his Ph.D. from Dallas Theological Seminary and has a heart for inner-city youth work. After serving at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship under Dr. Tony Evans, he launched New Life Fellowship in 2003, which has grown significantly. He also established Uplift Community Development to serve South Arlington through various outreach programs. Married since 1994, Maurice and Jackie have enjoyed over 31 years of marriage and a life dedicated to faith, family, and service. His latest focus is his LLC, Team 4:12, where he teaches about faith, marriage, and leadership.

Speakers Bios
Josef and Rochelle Rasheed are a dedicated and passionate couple from Oakland, CA, deeply committed to serving the Lord and His people. Josef Rasheed is a gifted pastor known for his caring and sincere heart, joyfully sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with all. His ministry includes roles as Regional Coordinator of Africa with Serve Globally, Worship Leader, Teacher, and Speaker, with past positions as Minister of Youth and Young Adults at Beth Eden Baptist Church in Oakland, and Associate Pastor of Worship at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, TX. He holds a BA from Patten University and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Rochelle Rasheed shares a similar heart for ministry, with a special focus on women and young people. She is a caring, compassionate, and down-to-earth woman who inspires others to live Christ-like lives at home, school, and church. She partners with Josef in ministry at conferences and events, and is also a third-grade teacher at Lakehill Preparatory School in Dallas, TX. Rochelle earned a BA in Business Administration and Biblical Studies from Dallas Baptist University.
Together, Josef and Rochelle are the proud parents of six children and grandparents to two grandsons and two granddaughters. Their lives exemplify a deep love for Christ and a tireless commitment to impacting their community and the global church.
