Vaccination Clinic at New Life Fellowship 

In partnership with Market Street Pharmacy, licensed pharmacists will provide the following immunizations:

• Flu

• COVID-19

• Hepatitis B

• RSV

• Shingles

• Tdap

• Pneumonia

Age Guidelines:

• Flu & COVID-19: 3 years and older

• All other vaccines: 14 years and older

• Minors (under 18) must have a legal guardian present to sign consent.

Please Bring:

• Medical and prescription insurance cards

• Medicare Part B card (for those 65+)
