Bio: Kendall M. Pugh is Executive Director of Business at New Life Fellowship, a church founded by his parents, Dr. Maurice and Jackie Pugh. A magna cum laude graduate in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and member of Beta Gamma Sigma (top 5% of his class), he earned his MBA summa cum laude from LSU Shreveport. Kendall began his nonprofit leadership career at Uplift Community Development, where he revitalized mentoring programs and launched the Uplift Summer Leadership Academy.

At New Life Fellowship he oversees all business operations, founded the New Life Bookstore, led pandemic food distribution with Tarrant County Food Bank serving 300+ families monthly, and directs eight ministries with 100+ volunteers. Named to the 2025 Arlington 40 Under 40, Kendall is committed to serving and strengthening his community. He enjoys family time, sports, and movies.

Favorite scripture + why: John 3:16 - I know it’s the first scripture everyone learns but I think its a simple yet important reminder of God’s Love.

One random fact about yourself: I watch a 100 movies I have never seen a year, oldest of 5, and love my Mavs, Cowboys and Michigan Football “ GO Blue”
