Favorite scripture + why: Isaiah 40:31 —This scripture reminds me that leadership, ministry, and life all require endurance and trust in God. Through challenges, transitions, and seasons of uncertainty, God continues to renew my strength and keep me grounded in purpose and faith.

One random fact about yourself: I helped lead one of the most recognized school turnaround efforts in K–12 education, as recognized by the White House and have also planted a church,  so I’m passionate about both developing leaders and building communities that create hope and transformation.
