NLF Room Reservation Request
This form may be used to reserve rooms within the church. The form must be submitted two (2) weeks in advance of the function/event. The event or activity must be approved by a Ministry Director prior to submitting this form.
Confirmation of a room request will not be granted without an appropriate ministry director's approval. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received and requestors will receive a confirmation email with room reservation details within one week of submitting this request.
