“A Step of Faith” is what we have entitled the Capital Campaign New Life Fellowship will utilize to move us to our next phase of growth, which is to build our own facilities.
A capital campaign is...
an organized plan that mobilizes our membership and friends of our church to make a sacrificial financial gift to construct our first church building and eventually our campus, that is based on a spiritual journey designed to grow us in our faith, while emphasizing practical Biblical stewardship.
What's Happening?
We completed the first phase of the Capital Campaign on Sunday November18th with Celebration Sunday, where we celebrated the pledge commitments from members and friends towards our three-year campaign. We spent the months of October and November:
- Sharing the vision for New Life Fellowship
- Introducing the preliminary plans and drawings for a New Life Fellowship campus
- Explaining the process for building and the costs to build the 1st building
- Requesting prayer and/or participation in the campaign
What's Next?
Now that we've collected pledges, the next step is to secure financing and begin the construction process. Prayerfully, our plans are to break ground in the first half of 2008.
