Guest Services
Welcoming people and creating a warm, welcoming and inviting atmosphere are the initial focus areas of the Guest Services ministry. Ultimately, Guest Services works to create an intentional plan of action for welcoming guests and eventually connecting them through membership to the active life of our church. There are three areas of Guest Services:
Greeters
The Greeters greet our guests with a smile, guide guests to their destinations, answer questions, and, most importantly, make an indelible-and-great-first (and second and third) impression!
Service Hosts (Ushers)
SH is the next in the sequence of guest experience, presenting guests with “bulletins” as they enter the worship center, assisting them in finding seats, and answering questions. Service Hosts also prepare communion and assist with special events of the church.
Information and Hospitality Teams
The IT greets guests and helps them connect to their areas of need with the most hospitable of attitudes.
